Philosophy
Architecture can be timeless or a fashion reflecting current styles. Before the mid-twentieth century architects moved between styles with ease answering the diverse needs of their clients. Being stylists did not prohibit them from at times also producing timeless architecture.
Our philosophy is to reestablish the comfortable dualism of accepting architecture as the expression of a style while aspiring to timeless grace. The result is an architecture of comfort, harmony, order, delight,even serenity in a world that is often insecure, fearful, ugly, and threatened.
Our approach includes total design organically conceived: residences, furnishings, furniture, and site.
